GALETES HEALTHY DE SÈGOL

Avui una recepta quasi "instantània" i només amb dos ingredients. El resultat: unes galetes cruixents, ideals pels amants de la xocolata, que no requereixen de forn i d'allò més healthy! La idea la vaig treure d'instragram, del compte de @postressaludables, i de veritat que són molt "resultones"! I admeten moltes variacions, perquè podeu canviar el sègon pel cereal inflat que volgueu, i la xocolata negra que he fet servir jo pel tipus de xocolata que més us agradi.


INGREDIENTS (per unes 8 galetes tamany donut)
125 grams de sègol inflat ecològic
200 grams de xocolata negra 73% també ecològica
una mica de sèsam torrat per decorar

Aquests són els ingredients que jo he fet servir!

PREPARACIÓ
Aboquem el sègon inflat en un bol.


Fonem la meitat de la xocolata, amb l'ajuda del microones, i l'aboquem damunt del sègol.


Barregem molt i molt bé per tal que la xocolata quedi ben repartida.



Amb aquesta barreja omplim uns motlles de donut, tapant el forat, i deixem reposar 30 minuts a la nevera.


Passats els 30 minuts a la nevera, per tal que les galetes endureixin, traiem el motlle i  les desemmotllem.


Fonem la resta de la xocolata i omplim els forats centrals.


Si voleu, i per donar-hi un toc exòtic, decoreu amb una mica de sèsam torrat.


I llestes...ja les podeu degustar!
