Tens un rotlle de pasta brick a la nevera sense destí definit? Doncs aquesta és la teva recepta...ràpida, amb pocs ingredients, versàtil (perquè pots barrejar la xocolata amb el que més t'agradi) i deliciosa!
INGREDIENTS (per uns 20-24 canutillos)
1 rotlle de pasta brick
1 teula gran de xocolata de cobertura
taronja confitada
fruits secs variats
mantega fosa
PREPARACIÓ
Amb l'ajuda del microones, fonem la xocolata (en el meu cas una teula gran, de la marca Torras).
A la meitat de la xocolata li he afegit taronja confitada tallada a trossets molt petits...
I a l'altra meitat festucs, ametlla picada i panses.
Mentre la xocolata es solidifica un xic, obrint i estenem la massa brick. La trobareu en molts supermercats al costat de la pasta de full i la pasta brisa.
Pintem amb mantega fosa, col.loquem una mica de farcit de xocolata i enrotllem. Cada canutillo l'he partit en dos, perquè sinó quedaven molt llargs.
Un cop tots col.locats en una safata de forn folrada, pintem altre cop amb mantega fosa i enfornem, a 190 graus, opció rebosteria (escalfor a baix, a dalt i ventilador) durant uns 6-8 minuts o fins que estiguin ben daurats i cruixents.
Deixeu refredar una mica damunt una reixa...i ja podeu començar a degustar-los!
